Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Mladegspak, Republic of Srpska

Business processes at the Mladegspak, headquartered in town Prnjavor, Republic of Srpska, have been standardized and automated using the Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution implemented by IN2 and delivered to the user in early March 2019.

The Mladegspak has been producing food products from naturally grown raw materials for over 30 years. The product range of 220 products is taken care of by more than 200 employees, in production facilities covering an area of about 7000 square meters. The company exports to more than 12 countries, including Switzerland, Australia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary… With a fleet of more than 60 own vehicles it covers the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina – distribution centers are located in cities: Prnjavor, Sarajevo, Tuzla and Bihać.

For the ERP solution implemented by IN2, the Mladegspak provided funding from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development: under the strict supervision of EBRD consultants, IN2 successfully implemented the Microsoft Dynamics NAV in just six months. The system was developed almost in parallel with another demanding project in D-Company from town Babušnica. After only two months of using the system with the support and supervision of IN2’s experts, the user fully assumed system’s use on January 1, 2019.
About the client

The Mladegspak, based in Prnjavor, Republic of Srpska, was founded in 1989 and is engaged in the production and distribution of food products from naturally grown raw materials. The product range consists of 220 different items, widely known for two domestic brands – Bonito and Dominus.

The most modern equipment of the globally well-known manufacturers (Volpak, Breitner, Sigma, Ila Pack) is installed in the production facilities. A clearly established management system is focused on the continuous improvement of all business processes that take place in the company. This type of work has resulted in the certification of HACCP, IFS Food version 6 and ISO 9001: 2008, followed by regular monitoring of the application of the requirements of these standards in the company.
